At Desi Ustad, we have classified all businesses and services into just two groups: Group A and Group B. This helps us offer clear, fair, and transparent pricing based on their earning potential.

• Group A covers the majority of small and medium businesses. Fees for this group are much more affordable and are designed to let smaller businesses get listed and discovered without straining their budget. In fact, Group A pricing is well below prevailing market rates, giving businesses a cost-effective way to reach customers and grow.

• Group B includes businesses with higher revenue potential. While the charges for Group B may seem higher than Group A, they are still way lower than the lowest prices usually charged in the market for similar visibility and services. In other words, this group charges are also a great value compared to what other platform charges.

This two-group system keeps things simple, fair, and easy to choose, while ensuring that all businesses big or small, can benefit from direct customers and genuine visibility on our platform.

Our fee structure is designed to give you complete visibility on what you pay; no hidden charges, no surprise commissions, and no misleading “premium” labels. Fee Charts ::

Businesses serving at the State level or pan-India level generally cannot be considered tiny or small businesses. However, we are still allowing certain types of businesses to be included in Group A, based on specific conditions , particularly those that are in the growth or startup stage.

1. Plans & Fees : Choose the plan that fits your business. All fees are transparent with no hidden charges.
   • No additional or hidden charges for additional tags.
   • No additional or hidden charges for additional number of PIN codes or Localities. All PINs or Localities are covered based on your zone. e.g. In case of City level all PINs & Localaities in that City are covered by default.
2. The minimum subscription period is one quarter.
   * We had considered a monthly option, but the cost would have been almost equal to two months cost compared to the quarterly plan. Hence, we chose to offer a quarterly package, ensuring better value for both of us.
3. Payments : Pay securely online. Subscription activates once payment is confirmed.
4. Tenure : Subscriptions run for the period you select (Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual).
5. Upgrades & Adjustments : You can upgrade anytime. Differential fees will be adjusted toward the new plan.
6. Renewals : Renew before expiry to stay connected. Auto-renewal may be available depending on payment method.
7. Cancellations & Refunds : You can cancel anytime. Refunds, if eligible, are pro-rated for unused tenure. Minimum 30 days fees will be deducted against administration charges, over & above the utilised duration.
8. Fair Usage : Keep your business information accurate. Misuse or false details may lead to suspension without refund & without Notice.
9. Platform Updates : We may update features or pricing for future subscriptions but will notify you in advance.

At Desi Ustad, we deliberately keep our prices well below prevailing market rates. This is guided by a clear set of principles and ethics aimed at making our platform truly valuable for businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals of all sizes:

1. To Help Businesses That Struggle with High Costs:
   • Many small and medium businesses cannot afford the steep fees charged by other directories.
   • Some do not trust the value of existing services and fear paying for leads that turn out to be duplicate, irrelevant, or low-quality.
   • Hidden and exorbitant charges, ineffective tags, or badges make conventional directories frustrating and expensive.
2. To Support Very Small and Independent Businesses:
   • Our platform is also designed for tiny businesses and professionals who often get overlooked, like carpenters, plumbers, auto-rickshaw and cab services, advocates, doctors, tax consultants, IT support services, and other independent service providers.
   • We give them affordable, genuine visibility so they can connect with real customers without heavy investment.
3. To Maintain Efficiency and Reduce Overheads:
   • We intentionally minimize unnecessary processes such as management of excessive lead generation , confusing badges, overhyped tags, and repeated follow-ups.
   • By reducing overheads, we can pass the savings directly to businesses, keep pricing low, and focus on quality, authenticity, and simplicity.
