Nature of compliance: All interactions are subject to the prevailing laws of the jurisdiction, with implied obligations of fairness, integrity, and non-malicious intent. This safeguard clause reinforces that DesiUstad intends to remain fully compliant with the law and expects the same from all users. It ensures that in any case of ambiguity, silence, or omission, the interpretation most consistent with legality, ethics, user protection, and responsible business conduct shall apply.

2. Acceptance of Terms:
By registering, browsing, or listing on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

All dealings, communications, and transactions are strictly between users and listed businesses or individuals. You understand the risks of public exposure of your business or personal information. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

3. Eligibility:
Your age must be of 18 years or more and you must be legally capable of entering a contract/s. All submissions must be accurate, lawful, and authorized. Businesses must ensure all necessary registrations, licenses, and approvals are valid and current.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct:
Users of this platform agree to:
Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Update or remove outdated or incorrect listings promptly. Avoid uploading confidential, sensitive, or proprietary data. 5. Platform Usage & Limitations:
The Platform acts solely as a facilitator for connection and discovery. We do not guarantee:
Accuracy, reliability, or legality of any listing or content. Quality, performance, or legitimacy of products, services, or businesses. Resolution of disputes or fraudulent activities between users. Users assume all risk for interactions, communications, and transactions with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property:
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and software on the Platform are DesiUstad’s property unless otherwise noted. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without explicit authorization. Listings remain property of their owners but grant DesiUstad a non-exclusive license to display and promote them.

7. Privacy & Data Usage:
By using the Platform, your posted business or personal information may be viewed, shared, and accessed publicly. You must not upload information you do not want to be public. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be used for analytics, improvements, and promotions.

8. Prohibited Activities:
You should not:
Upload unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.

9. Account Security & Access:

10. User-Generated Content:
By posting content (reviews, feedback, images, videos etc.), you grant DesiUstad a non-exclusive, nationwide or worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it. You confirm your content does not violate third-party rights. You are responsible for any claims arising from content you post.

11. Payments & Transactions:
Payments, subscriptions, or transactions via the Platform are between users and listed businesses unless explicitly handled by DesiUstad. We are not liable for failed, delayed, or fraudulent payments. Refunds, cancellations, or disputes must follow the specific business’s terms.

12. Advertisements & Promotional Offers:
We may display third-party advertisements, sponsored listings, or offers. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement or warranty of the product or service. Users should independently verify terms, validity, and reliability of any offers.

13. Third-Party Links & Services:
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third parties, and any interactions or transactions with them are at your own risk.

14. Feedback & Suggestions:
Feedback submitted to DesiUstad may be used freely for improvement, marketing, or commercial purposes. Users waive any claim to compensation for feedback provided.

DesiUstad is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: Natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics Power outages, technical failures, or internet disruptions, Government restrictions, legal orders, or acts of terrorism

18. Termination:
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms or applicable law. Termination does not release users from obligations for prior actions.

19. Modifications:
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

20. Notices:
